You know I can’t get enough of k cup coffees. They are simple awesome. I’ve never been a big fan of coffees because growing up; my stepfather who was a Brit told me that drinking tea is a lot healthier.

He said coffees are addictive because they contain caffeine. Well, sorry dad but k cup coffees rock! There are all kinds of flavor so I can’t get enough of them.

These days I like to buy a wide variety of k cup coffees. I have a small bunch of cups on my work table and tons more at home on the kitchen counter, and they take up a lot of space. We want our kitchen top/office table to look neat, organized and spacious.

But we can’t have that if there are dozens of k cups mucking around and cluttering our table. So to prevent clutter, it’s best to get one or more k cup holders to hold all your coffee cups in one place.

Now, k cup holders come in many different form and sizes. In fact, there are bamboo k cup holders available out there for heaven’s sake. They are nice items to have at home and make for great gifts as well.

I’ll talk little bit about this type of storage a little bit further down the page. Right now, I should touch a bit on one what is arguably the most common form of k cup holder assembly…

K Cup Drawers

I think this one is ideal to bring to the office because you can store a whole bunch of k cups in a non-conspicuous manner. Other types of k cups holder such as the carousel one for instance, attract attention. You place it on your work desk with all the cups hanging off it, two things would likely happen:

1) Your co-workers would appoint you as their official free of charge k cup coffees supplier.

2) You boss would frown at the sheer number of k cup coffees at your disposal and then he would also appoint you as his personal free supplier!

Now, we’re not trying to be stingy here. There’s no harm in asking for a free cup every now and again, but you put a whole bunch of k cups on your desk and you’re likely to attract free loaders on a daily basis.

I’m speaking from experience here okay. So this is where the mini k cup drawer comes in handy.

As you can see in the photo here,

the drawer is not that big and enables you to store a total of 36 k cup coffees. It conceals the cups really well especially if you put the drawer in between a couple of large black office file folders.

K Cup Holder Carousel Tower

If you want to store all your k cups in a much more stylish fashion than the drawer, which is more conservative, then the k cup carousel tower is the way to go. This one can hold 30 k cups and it’s very stable as well. I have one at home and I like how it looks on my kitchen top.

 The carousel can be easily rotated making it even handier. However, this k cup carousel is quite tall because each vertical side can hold 15 cups as shown in this picture right here.

So if you’re thinking of storing it in a small cabinet, then you’re out of luck. It won’t fit unless you have a taller cabinet. For smaller cabinets, I recommend the k cup drawer instead especially when you consider the dimension of the carousel is 7 x 7 x 13 inches!

So consider the size carefully before you decide to get the carousel tower to keep it in your cabinet. I should point out that there's a mini k cup holder carousel also available. Personally, I like placing my carousels directly on the kitchen top so I can easily access my k cup coffees.

The rotation mechanism makes it easy for me to pick which k cup flavor I’m in the mood for and as I mentioned earlier, it looks great on the kitchen top. K Cup Holder Rack Display

The K cup display rack is may be a little over the top for most households but hey, you never know! I have a picture of one right here and what do you think?

The first stand out feature is its storage capacity. This k cup rack can actually hold a whopping 76 cups of coffee thanks to its 5 rows high design! The storage design allows you to display up to 20 different k cup flavors so this rack is truly for those with tons of k cup coffees at their disposal. Also note that it has enough space for storing some stirrers and spoons.

Considering the sheer number of k cups it’s able to store, this rack still looks pretty neat and if you happen to have more than 100 k cups lying around the house and taking up too much space, then buying 2 or 3 racks should sort your problem out pronto.

K Cup Wall Display Holder

This is a thing of absolute beauty! I used to have one at home when I was still married. Actually my ex-wife bought this k cup wall display holder and when we got divorced, she took everything including this item. Hey at least leave that holder (with some k cup coffees attached if possible), with me! Alright, I’m just kidding :)

The divorce went well and we’re still friends but she did take that holder with her. She bought it after all, so what can I say? See, I thought of purchasing another one but since I already have a k cup carousel tower at home and a drawer which I keep at the office, I figured at the moment, it’s not necessary to buy this wall display holder.

However, if you haven’t purchase a K cup holder yet, and would like a nice looking wall mounted display type that can store more than a dozen cups, then I’m going to show you a picture of one that I highly recommend. Here it is…

This is exactly the one my ex bought and not only it saves space and looks good on your kitchen wall, the thing is also top-quality and stable.

It can hold a maximum of 18 k cups plus two coffee mugs. If you happen to have a girlfriend/fiancée/wife who is crazy about k cup coffees, then this would make a perfect gift for her. 

My ex, my mother, elder sister and her daughter like it. They said it’s cute, so I think k cup addict girls would go ga-ga for this particular wall display holder.  Personally, I think it’s beautiful and I appreciate the craft that goes into making it.

K Cup Coffee Machine

I think I should cover briefly here about K cup coffee machines which you can use to brew single-cup coffee at home. Although I made this site to share info about the different kinds of k cup storage products available out there, I figured why not cover other relevant items that all k cup coffee lovers could benefit from.

You might plan on purchasing other items as well such as a k cup brewer, so let me help you make an informed decision by covering some important points to insure you get the best model for your buck.

Okay first, you want buy a machine that is simple to operate, contain parts that are safe to be put in the dishwasher, able to customize beverages according to individual taste (perfect when you’re entertaining multiple guests), multiple serving size options and of course, able to brew fresh, tasty coffee without fail.

The model that fulfills these criteria is the Keurig B-70 B70 platinum k cup coffee maker.

I bought this model almost 3 years ago and it’s an excellent value for money. It has all the features I mentioned plus a really large reservoir. Plus it brews tasty coffee or cocoa pretty fast and can be programmed to shut off automatically if you specify the time.

Best Coffee K Cups

There are all sorts of coffee k cups variety being sold out there and I haven’t tried them all obviously. When I first discovered k cup coffees, I was quite overwhelmed with the sheer number of different flavors available. There’s the Green Mountain blend, French vanilla, coco almond, Caribou blend, organics blend, butter toffee and numerous more to list.

And I’ve tried all kinds of flavors from a variety of manufacturers like Green Mountain k cups, Tully’s, Newman’s Own, Bigelow, Coffee People, Van Houtte k cups and many more, yet I still can’t decide which is one is the best coffee k cups.

Most of them tasted good to me. Some were a little on the ho-hum side, some were good; some were really, really good and a few of them tasted nothing short of excellent! 

You know, I like Gloria Jean’s Swiss chocolate almond the most and to me, it’s certainly one of the best k cup coffees out there along with Emeril’s big easy bold.  Van Houtte vanilla ain’t to shabby either and so is Tully’s blend. Reall hard to decide which is the best you know.

But if you’re new to the world of k cup coffees, then I would recommend Gloria Jean’s k cups variety pack comprising 44 k cups. There are 4 different flavors in there. Very tasty so you really can’t go wrong with this starter pack.

What I enjoy doing is browsing through Amazon’s list of coffee k cups. It really is the best way of searching a wide range of k cup brands and flavors.
